These probiotics are great so far. I was getting bv frequently and I think these have helped keep it at bay. I like that they have many kinds of important probiotics. They also don't have to be refrigerated which is a plus.

This is a regular size capsule (the one on the right side of the tape... on the left top is Mg capsule and the bottom one is Cipro antibiotic pill - just for comparison purposes), which I have a problem swallowing but that is due to my physiology rather than any pill “defect”.I love the fact that it has 16 different strains and even more that I don’t have to keep it refrigerated. Also, every capsule is well filled, unlike some other capsules I recently bought where some of the capsules have been filled to only 1/3 of their capacity! Woman’s Probiotics have consistent high quality. If only they could make the capsules a bit smaller, they would make me one very happy person 🙂.

Okay so I'd been experiencing bloating like a balloon, gas and discomfort. I wasnt sure what was going on. I even stopped eating certain foods because they seemed to start the bloat. My stomach would increase by 2 inches from the bloating(yes I measured)! I found out about Probiotics and the fact they could actually help me and what I was experiencing...others experienced too...I really like this products because it worked quickly for me. At first I took it with food and it didnt really help, then I found out I should take them on an empty stomach and this was the game changer. I took it at least 30 minutes or more before my meal in the morning. I feel so much better now!!! I can even think more clearly. The GUT truly is a control center of the body and mind too. I've noticed that stress also makes me bloat, so staying stress free is a journey but makes a HUGE difference.

I’m prone to BV and I thought it was my sex partners but it’s actually because I didn’t have enough good bacteria in my body to keep my vagina flora happy! The Boric Acid would temporarily help but you need to swallow good bacteria instead of just place it vaginally. I love this product because it has Cranberry and prebiotics! I really like these probiotics. I suffer from stomach issues and these really do help. As far as the urinary health, it helps. I was having issues with urinary infects and since I started taking these, they have become much less frequent.

These work great and were exactly what I needed! Compared to the ones I find in stores these are much less expensive and I love that it includes cranberry so I don't have to buy even more tablets! I started taking these after recovering from a yeast infection (and thankfully haven't had another one yet). And my hot flashes have stopped as well!
