These probiotics are amazing I've been taking them for about 2 years now and I love them. I take one everyday along side a cranberry supplement. They keep everything in balance. They are really easy to swallow and there is no nasty after taste. If you've been looking for a good and affordable probiotic try these. I also put them in smoothies and they still get the job done.

I take it at night, I used to be constipated, now I run to the bathroom in the morning, it really works, I also had urinary infection, that's gone, I love this product and its inexpensive.

Probiotics are supposed to give great health benefits... I started with 1 per day (the suggested serving is 2). I definitely feel a difference in my overall gut health. I’m less bloated and just feel good. I’m sure at some point soon I will try to switch to 2 capsules per day. I will definitely be keeping this as a part of my daily regimen.

It stated that I should take two tablets per day however I started with one just to see how my body would react to this pill. My body loves this pill and so does my vagina. I haven’t had yeast infection since taking this pills. So, ladies if you are looking for a pill to help with yeast infection treat these or just to maintain your digestive system give it a try. I've never taken probiotics before and I came across these and seen they had a lot of good reviews, so thought I'd try them. I've had issues for many years dealing with acne, not being able to go to the bathroom like I should and bloating. I started out with just one a day, so my body can get use to them. I've only been taking them since May 20th. Only thing is I've had more gas than normal, which I guess that means they are working? Will give an update later on when I have been taking them longer.

WOMEN’S PROBIOTICS is value for money and small-sized, good for a beginner. It is a long capsule but easy to swallow, non-flavored. I do think it helps with my trouble. Easy to take- 2 a day. I suffer from women issues and this probiotic has help me keep healthy and balanced! I love that it really does not break the bank. I used to use a different brand that was roughly the same ingredients but less CFUs and it was $32 a bottle. This is $16!!! I have ordered 3 times and been using for 3 months. I’ve noticed debloating in only a few hours of just using this. Pills are easy to swallow, has no flavor and love the ingredients. Hard to find both pre/pro biotics with 16 strains, and cranberry. I've tried many probiotics over the years, finding them useful to balance my digestive system when my diet changes due to travel or greed. Women's Probiotics work well. I take two capsules in the morning with or without food, with is preferable, to remain regular. I don't experience bloating or other ill effects. I wish the bottle included 120 capsules instead of 60.
